‘PESQUISA’ [ISSN 2455-0736(Print) ISSN 2456-4052(Online)] is a multidisciplinary international research journal with an objective to promote research among teachers, students and scholars. ‘Pesquisa’, the Portuguese word meaning ‘Research’, is on its trajectory. It has been launched into the orbit of academia in an era where dearth of quality research in multidisciplinary areas. A major section of this journal is dedicated to the publication of original research articles, to create research aptitude among students, few pages are set apart for students who would like to publish research articles.
The journal was founded in 2015 through a joint effort of Dr. Johnson V, Prof. Sr. Anice KP, and Shri. Boby Thomas Athickal under the guidance of Rt. Rev. Dr. Mar. Mathew Anikuzhikattil, Rev. Msgr. James Mangalasseril and Rev. Fr.Jose Karuvelickal. The online version was started in 2016. The formal inauguration of ‘pesquisaonline.net was made by Shri. Vincen M Paul IPS, Kerala State Chief Information Commissioner, on 15th December 2016
The major financial support for the design of the website was made by our US based alumna Sri. Santhosh Kuriakose Kuthanapillil.
