Peer Review & Editorial Process
We adopt a four-stage modified peer review process:
1. Initial Screening – Editorial team checks for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review – Manuscripts are sent to at least two reviewers. Identities are concealed both ways. Reviewers evaluate using a standard checklist.
– Authors may suggest reviewers with a sound academic profile and complete contact details. The editorial team will consider them for a speedy review process, but final selection of reviewers is at the editor’s discretion.
– Reviewers receive a review certificate; no monetary payment is provided. 50% reduction in the online publication shall be provided to reviewers in the next issue, for their own article.
3. Revision & Reassessment – Authors revise based on reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts are re-evaluated by reviewers or the editorial panel.
